Egg Donor Program in New York

Egg donors are healthy, fertile, young women, normally between the ages of 21 and 32 years old, who undergo in vitro fertilization and egg harvesting in order to give another woman the ultimate gift of becoming a mother.

Egg donors are screened for good health, good reproductive function, and psychological stability. We look for women who are motivated to help others and will complete the program. The donors are also screened for sexually-transmitted diseases, substance abuse (with a drug screen), and common genetic diseases.

If you are interested in becoming a donor, please click this link to download our Egg Donor Questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed, please email it to Marianne Farkas, Donor Egg Coordinator, at mfarkas@rsofny.com.

Women wishing to freeze eggs for their own future use may defray the costs of IVF by donating some of their eggs to the RS of NY egg bank. Screening criteria must be fulfilled to qualify for this option.
